A Three-Class Series · June – July 2026
Practices for Sacred Living
Three afternoons together to experience, practice, and learn new tools. No prior experience needed.
A note from Suzanne
We are collectively moving into a time of tapping into our inner knowing and learning to trust it. Less reaching outside ourselves for someone to point the way, more learning to listen within. This is beautiful work. It is also, sometimes, disorienting work. Big change tends to feel chaotic before it feels clear, and many of us were never given the tools to move through it with support.
That is what these three classes are for. To offer some of those tools, to name what it feels like to be off-balance, and to practice coming home to ourselves where we are. To make space for what is ready to release, and for the unique light in each of us to come in a little more fully.
If something in you is curious, that is enough. Come as you are.
With Love,
Suzanne
WHAT THE WORK IS
Ancient Practices for Modern Lives
The practices in this series come from a lineage of shamanic and energy work carried for thousands of years across many cultures. They are tools for creating sacred space in your daily life, for shifting heavy energy when it arrives, for connecting with the wisdom that already lives in you and around you.
Across these three classes, you will experience some of the foundational practices Suzanne teaches in the year-long Medicine Wheel, without committing to the full journey. Come to one. Come to all three. Let your curiosity lead.
THE INTRO SERIES
THREE AFTERNOONS OF PRACTICE
Each class is two hours on Zoom. Each builds on the one before, but you are welcome to join any single class on its own.
Opening Sacred Space
Sacred Space + Perceptual States
Sacred space is something we create around ourselves, a kind of energetic container that holds us for the work we are here to do. In our first class, we will explore why we open sacred space, what it actually feels like, and how to do it for yourself anywhere you go. We will also practice anchoring the perceptual states, a way of shifting how we meet our own lives. By the end, you will have tools you can use the next morning, in line at the grocery store, before a hard conversation, anywhere.
JUNE 4 · 2–4PM EST
Releasing What's Heavy
The Triangle of Disempowerment + Sand Painting
When something throws us off, there is usually a pattern underneath. The triangle of disempowerment is a teaching that helps us recognize when we have stepped onto familiar ground that no longer serves us, and shows us how to step off of it. We will pair this teaching with a sand painting practice (one of my favorites), a hands-on ceremony for moving heavy energy and creating space for what wants to come next. You will be guided through how to release what you are ready to release, and how to ask for help for what is coming.
JUNE 25 · 2–4PM EST
Connect with Mother Earth
Breathwork + A Journey with Pachamama
Breathwork and journeying are not the same as meditation, though they are often confused. In this final class, we will move together through a gentle breathwork practice that opens the door to journeying, a way of receiving wisdom, gifts, and connection from beyond the thinking mind. Suzanne will guide us into a journey with Pachamama, Mother Earth, who is endlessly generous when we know how to listen.

A Few Practicalities
Each class meets on Zoom from 2–4pm EST. Show up in clothes you can move and breathe in, with a glass of water nearby.
This is your time. Find a corner of your home where you will not be interrupted, and treat it like the small sacred thing it is.
A recording of each class is sent to everyone who registered, whether you attend live or not. Return as often as you want.
Before each class, you will receive a short email with what to gather and how to prepare. No special tools required.
YOUR TEACHER
Suzanne CAmpbell
Suzanne is a shamanic practitioner, energy worker, meditation teacher, and artist based in coastal Maine. She has trained extensively with Sarah McLean and the McLean Meditation Institute, the Four Winds Light Body School, Shaman Julie Hannon, Shaman Elise Kost, and Shaman Berta Kuhnel. Her work is grounded in the belief that you already carry everything you need. Her role is to help you remember.
Questions
Do I need to attend all three classes?
No. Each class stands on its own and is a complete experience. That said, the series is designed to build, so attending all three deepens what you take with you.
I have no shamanic or energy work experience. Is this for me?
Yes. These classes are intentionally designed for beginners. You will receive everything you need to participate fully.
What if I cannot attend live?
A recording of each class is sent to everyone who registered. You can engage with the material on your own schedule.
Is this the same as the Medicine Wheel?
No. The Medicine Wheel is a year-long, in-person journey of deep transformation. This three-class series is a brief online introduction to some of the practices used in the Wheel. It is a beautiful way to experience the work and decide if the longer journey calls to you.
What do I need to have on hand?
A device with Zoom, a quiet space, and a glass of water. For class two, you will want access to natural elements (which can be from your yard, a walk, or your home). For class three, somewhere comfortable to lie down. A prep email goes out before each class with the specifics.
Can I share a class with a friend?
Each registration is for one person. If a friend is curious, please send them this page. Suzanne would love to welcome them too.
