The South — Build Your Toolkit
The South is where you build your toolkit. This direction focuses on bringing awareness to your journey, the world you've created, and stepping into conscious choice. You'll learn foundational tools — sand paintings, perceptual states, breathwork — and begin to receive the energetic rites passed down through the Andean tradition. Like the serpent shedding its skin, you'll learn to release what no longer serves and develop a new relationship with Spirit, Pachamama, and yourself.
The West — Journey of Empowerment
The West is the journey of empowerment. Here we bring the unconscious to conscious awareness, transforming limiting beliefs and stepping into right relationship with our power. We look at projections, patterns held within family and culture, and begin to unhook from what binds us. This is where you start a new relationship with your biological lineage, releasing what was carried forward and finding gratitude for even the most difficult times. The West is where you learn to take your power back.
The North — From Healing to Spiritual Adventure
The North shifts from a healing journey to a spiritual adventure. Here we step into wholeness, self-acceptance, and begin to source from the sweetness of life. We transform from power-based living to heart-based living. You'll connect to lineage that lives outside of time, begin to shift your relationship with linear time, and nurture the unique essence that wants to come through in this life. This is where you begin to truly play.
The East — Visionary & Dreamer
The East is where you step into the role of visionary and dreamer. You'll deepen your understanding of the transformational journey and learn to co-create with Spirit — not from a place of lack, but from an overflowing fullness of creative energy. Here we raise frequencies, clear conduits, and open channels wide. The fullness of who you are begins overflowing into creation. You learn to dream in a new world for yourself and for the planet.

Throughout the journey, you'll create your own Mesa, a sacred prayer bundle comprised of stones you work with during each direction. Your Mesa holds your medicine, the knowledge and wisdom from your personal journey, and becomes one of your most powerful tools for ongoing practice.

The Details
Location
A beautiful private space in Wenham, MA with amazing garden spaces and nourishing food. The North will be on a beautiful island, Deer Isle, off the coast of Maine. There is a bridge to the island.
Schedule
Four 5 Day sessions over the course of a year. Beginning Fall 2026 and completing in August 2027.
We meet approximately 9am–6pm each day.
Energy Exchange
$2,600
Includes all class time, ceremonies, a binder with teachings and handouts for homework, and a delicious gluten-free, vegan meal and snacks each day.

The $650 deposit is due to claim your spot in the class and the remaining balance of $1950 is due 30 days before the start of the South class in October, 2026.

The Q’ero Inca Shamans, or Paqos, are revered as wisdom keepers of the Andes, carrying forward the Inca’s ancient spiritual traditions. Their teachings focus on healing, balance, and harmony with nature, rooted in rituals honoring Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the interconnectedness of all life. Preserved over centuries, their practices are shared today to help bring balance to our world, aligning individuals with nature’s rhythms and fostering spiritual growth. These foundational teachings are the basis of the Medicine Wheel, offering a pathway to balance and connection with Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the natural world’s cycles.

The Munay-Ki are a series of nine sacred rites originating from the Q’ero shamans of Peru, designed to upgrade our energy field and assist individuals with transformation and spiritual growth. “Munay” means Love and “Ki” means Energy. These initiations connect individuals with ancient wisdom, fostering healing, balance, and harmony with all life. The Munay-Ki support personal empowerment, helping each person become a source of wisdom and strength. They are passed down and gifted during the Medicine Wheel journey.
