This short guided meditation is a companion to Dragonfly messages, created to help you slow down, soften your gaze, and reconnect with what is quietly true.

Dragonfly teaches us to see with clarity, not force. To trust the shimmer of transformation already unfolding, even when it hasn’t yet taken form. This meditation invites you to pause, return to your center, and let yourself be met by what’s ready to emerge.

You don’t need to do anything perfectly. Just come as you are, and let the light find you.
