The Invitation

Sometimes it is very helpful, when we are doing our personal work, to invite someone else in.

Someone you can trust and feel safe with.

That is why I open sacred space for every session, for every individual.

An Energy Alchemy Session is 60 minutes of one-on-one work. We look together at what is happening, and I clear what is ready to clear. Every session moves at your pace and for your highest good.

What Happens In A Session

There are three parts to every session.

Table Work

Integration

Sixty minutes, one-on-one

Minute 60

One

Intake

We begin with a conversation. Sometimes it is about one situation. Often this weaves into the bigger picture of your journey. We work on what is showing up in your life that is no longer serving your highest good.

My tracking starts before we meet. I am already sensing the energy of what is ready to change ahead of our session, so I arrive with a picture of where things sit and what is ready to move.

While you talk, I keep tracking, following lines of energy and noticing where they may be anchored. So I am doing a second kind of work while I listen to your story. Then you choose. Is this something you want to work on now? Is this something you want to shift? Are you ready? Is it time? If it is, you say Yes energetically to letting go of the pattern and the heavy energy.

Sometimes awareness is the piece that is needed, and the deeper shift waits for another day. In that case I clear at the level that is ready, so you can take the next right step. Layers come off at different speeds for different people, and every speed is beautiful.

Two

Table Work

You lie down. In my workspace there is a massage table. If we are working remotely, I ask that you have a quiet place where you will be undisturbed and can lie down comfortably.

There is some gentle breathwork here to help with the release. From there I work in the energetics, in the energy body of your field, following the energy you were ready to release.

I look at this lifetime, and I look at the other energies that may be informing this lifetime. That could be a karmic line, the father's lineage, or the mother's lineage.

Then I check again whether it is time and right. If it is ready, I clear. Clearing is half of it. Once the old energy releases there is space. This space then can infuse with the gifts that you have grown and the deep emotional needs that are ready to be integrated to a new level. All of this is done in the space of working for the highest good of all. The question is always what is the best speed for you.

Three

Integration

Integration begins on the table. These sessions are cooperative, closer to a guided journey than to something done to you, so you are working alongside me the whole time. Even if you do not hear all that I am saying, and you seem to drift off, your body-mind is aware. After the table work, I like to have you feel into your energy body again and sense what is different, what has shifted, what is more available.

Then we talk about moving forward and what practices might be supportive. Often I will pull an Oracle card or an animal helper to see what energy supports your integration. And you choose your own homework, because I want it to be something you will want to do.

The Pace Of The Work

Once a month, with room to marinate

I typically work with a person once a month for energy sessions. This is deep work, and it takes time for the energy to inform your physical body. The energetic work needs to marinate and reinform your system, and that time matters.

Part of why I offer packages is this. If you are working on something you really want to shift, I recommend one session a month for three to six months. A piece you are working on will have layers and tentacles, and it goes smoother with consistency.

Integration Sessions are what I offer in between. If you want to connect once or twice between energy sessions, that time is well spent. Integrating your new way of being greatly supports your movement forward. In these sessions I also have more time to teach practices like breathwork, journeying, and perceptual states that are useful tools for your evolving journey.

Most of us are pretty good at knowing what our issues are. We struggle more with seeing our beauty and our gifts, and with recognizing that we have changed. That takes practice, because we get into the habits of our old ways of being. Moving out of those habits is where extra support helps the most.

“I genuinely love this work because I get to see the beautiful gifts people have grown that are finally integrated and shared.”

Who This Work Is For

Some of the places this work meets you

The Long Pattern

A pattern that has followed you for years

You have a habit or an issue that has stayed with you through everything you have tried.

The Blind Spot

A blind spot

Something you cannot see or reach, and that is of no fault of your own. Sometimes things are hidden or anchored in such a deep place that we need help to find them.

The Soul Longing

A soul longing

You know deep in your heart there is something you want to create in this life, and it has been hard to make it happen. It is almost like a soul contract. Sometimes we butt up against things we cannot even see are there, and it gets disheartening. This work clears the blockages in the way.

Nothing needs to be wrong for this to be true. Sometimes everything looks beautiful. Everyone is healthy, the job is good, all the things you thought you wanted are here, and something still feels out of place. That is usually a soul longing to meet your path in a new way. Sometimes our life can feel too small, and being ready for more can feel scary when we do not yet know what it looks like.

The Creative Block

A creative life asking for room

You make things, and the making has gone quiet or narrow. This work looks at what is sitting on the channel, so the work can come through you again.

The Unconventional Path

An unconventional mystic

Your spiritual life does not match the shape of anything around you, and you have learned to keep parts of it to yourself. Bring all of it here. This is a place to work with your own gifts openly.

The Health Journey

A health journey

We want to work at the literal with medical doctors and science and all the wonderful things. This work sits alongside that and helps you see the soul journey of it. It helps us step out of victim mode and reclaim what is beautiful about life, no matter how things are feeling.

Health journeys often have a lot to do with cycles. We are all mortal, and we will all cross over. Somewhere along the way many of us picked up the idea that death is a kind of punishment. Often a health journey is part of the cycle of a life. This work helps us hold it in a different way, and breathe in a new way when things are hard.

A Session May Include

Common Questions

Questions About Sessions

Do I need to be religious, or does this ask me to change my beliefs?

This work asks you to subscribe to nothing. People of all religions and all spiritual traditions are welcome here. Bring your own knowledge, spirituality and wisdom into the session. That is my invitation.

How is this different from Reiki?

While I have studied the ancient traditions of the Andean shamans, it's my understanding that all ancient traditions source from the same place of universal love and pure creation energy. Each tradition has its own history and practices that weave into their work. To equate it to music, while we may be playing different instruments, we are all playing the same notes.

Do I need to know how to Meditate?

No experience is needed. Everything in a session is guided.

What if I do not know what I want to work on?

That is a real starting point. Sometimes the feeling that something is missing is exactly the thing to bring in.

What do I need for a virtual session?

A quiet place where you will be undisturbed, and somewhere you can lie down comfortably.

A note from Suzanne

We are collectively moving into a time of tapping into our inner knowing and learning to trust it. Less reaching outside ourselves for someone to point the way, more learning to listen within. This is beautiful work. It is also, sometimes, disorienting work. Big change tends to feel chaotic before it feels clear, and many of us were never given the tools to move through it with support.

That is what these three classes are for. To offer some of those tools, to name what it feels like to be off-balance, and to practice coming home to ourselves where we are. To make space for what is ready to release, and for the unique light in each of us to come in a little more fully.

If something in you is curious, that is enough. Come as you are.

With Love,

Suzanne

WHAT THE WORK IS

Ancient Practices for Modern Lives

The practices in this series come from a lineage of shamanic and energy work carried for thousands of years across many cultures. They are tools for creating sacred space in your daily life, for shifting heavy energy when it arrives, for connecting with the wisdom that already lives in you and around you.

Across these three classes, you will experience some of the foundational practices Suzanne teaches in the year-long Medicine Wheel, without committing to the full journey. Come to one. Come to all three. Let your curiosity lead.

THE INTRO SERIES

THREE AFTERNOONS OF PRACTICE

Each class is two hours on Zoom. Each builds on the one before, but you are welcome to join any single class on its own.

Opening Sacred Space

Sacred Space + Perceptual States

Sacred space is something we create around ourselves, a kind of energetic container that holds us for the work we are here to do. In our first class, we will explore why we open sacred space, what it actually feels like, and how to do it for yourself anywhere you go. We will also practice anchoring the perceptual states, a way of shifting how we meet our own lives. By the end, you will have tools you can use the next morning, in line at the grocery store, before a hard conversation, anywhere.

JUNE 4 · 2–4PM EST

Releasing What's Heavy

The Triangle of Disempowerment + Sand Painting

When something throws us off, there is usually a pattern underneath. The triangle of disempowerment is a teaching that helps us recognize when we have stepped onto familiar ground that no longer serves us, and shows us how to step off of it. We will pair this teaching with a sand painting practice (one of my favorites), a hands-on ceremony for moving heavy energy and creating space for what wants to come next. You will be guided through how to release what you are ready to release, and how to ask for help for what is coming.

JUNE 25 · 2–4PM EST

Connect with Mother Earth

Breathwork + A Journey with Pachamama

Breathwork and journeying are not the same as meditation, though they are often confused. In this final class, we will move together through a gentle breathwork practice that opens the door to journeying, a way of receiving wisdom, gifts, and connection from beyond the thinking mind. Suzanne will guide us into a journey with Pachamama, Mother Earth, who is endlessly generous when we know how to listen.

What to Expect

A Few Practicalities

Two Hours, Online

Each class meets on Zoom from 2–4pm EST. Show up in clothes you can move and breathe in, with a glass of water nearby.

A Quiet Space

This is your time. Find a corner of your home where you will not be interrupted, and treat it like the small sacred thing it is.

Recordings After

A recording of each class is sent to everyone who registered, whether you attend live or not. Return as often as you want.

A Prep Email

Before each class, you will receive a short email with what to gather and how to prepare. No special tools required.

YOUR TEACHER

Suzanne CAmpbell

Suzanne is a shamanic practitioner, energy worker, meditation teacher, and artist based in coastal Maine. She has trained extensively with Sarah McLean and the McLean Meditation Institute, the Four Winds Light Body School, Shaman Julie Hannon, Shaman Elise Kost, and Shaman Berta Kuhnel. Her work is grounded in the belief that you already carry everything you need. Her role is to help you remember.

Questions

Do I need to attend all three classes?

No. Each class stands on its own and is a complete experience. That said, the series is designed to build, so attending all three deepens what you take with you.

I have no shamanic or energy work experience. Is this for me?

Yes. These classes are intentionally designed for beginners. You will receive everything you need to participate fully.

What if I cannot attend live?

A recording of each class is sent to everyone who registered. You can engage with the material on your own schedule.

Is this the same as the Medicine Wheel?

No. The Medicine Wheel is a year-long, in-person journey of deep transformation. This three-class series is a brief online introduction to some of the practices used in the Wheel. It is a beautiful way to experience the work and decide if the longer journey calls to you.

What do I need to have on hand?

A device with Zoom, a quiet space, and a glass of water. For class two, you will want access to natural elements (which can be from your yard, a walk, or your home). For class three, somewhere comfortable to lie down. A prep email goes out before each class with the specifics.

Can I share a class with a friend?

Each registration is for one person. If a friend is curious, please send them this page. Suzanne would love to welcome them too.
