Breathwork and journeying are not the same as meditation, though they are often confused. In this final class, we will move together through a gentle breathwork practice that opens the door to journeying, a way of receiving wisdom, gifts, and connection from beyond the thinking mind.
Suzanne will guide us into a journey with Pachamama, Mother Earth, who is endlessly generous when we know how to listen.
